WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
A computer/laptop/tablet with access to a shared Google Drive document (a virtual whiteboard), the ability to video chat on Zoom at the same time or with another device and a set of headphones.
There will always be some technical difficulties, wherever you are in the world. We have a system to keep track of time spent figuring it out and add that time toward another class.
WHAT IF THERE ARE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES?

Contact us to discuss options. We will send you an invoice to pay with credit card, but we can also take Venmo, PayPal and CashApp to start and can discuss other options if needed.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE CLASSES?
It's totally up to you (and/or your classmates)! We are very flexible with times of the day and the week. Twice a week is ideal.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO A SCHEDULED CLASS?
No problem, we understand that things come up, especially in the veterinary profession. Just email us before the class and we'll reschedule--no penalties, no questions.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE MY SCHEDULED GROUP CLASS?
No problem! We record the classes and have it uploaded for you to review before the next class.
I ALREADY KNOW SOME SPANISH--IS THIS A REPEAT?
Our courses are tailored to your level of Spanish and needs. After the first meeting, the content will be adjusted to keep it interesting and useful.
IS THERE A LIVE TEACHER?
Yes, your class is online with a live teacher every time. It's fun, interactive and informative!
